I lost 80 pounds 6 years ago & have kept it off except for muscle changes. I have been CrossFitting for 2 years. I also love weight lifting. Two years ago I could not run a mile, but I finished the Tough Mudder & several other running events last year, & now I look forward to running. I have learned a lot about myself & my skill level since starting CrossFit, & I could fill up pages in any workout log just describing the resulting changes to my body, my confidence level, & my self-esteem. My favorite WODs include anything with tires, ropes, walls, logs, & heavy deadlifts. I now take every opportunity to learn more about CrossFit.
