I'm from San Jose, California!! My wife and I moved to Oregon in 2000 to make a better life for our family which includes two beautiful girls Devin(16) and Aynalysa(7). My mom lives with us and helps with our girls. We both have full time demanding jobs. Love my mom and so very thankful she is here to help us with our girls. I have taken off over 4 years of working out due to cancer and then not having the desire anymore. I finally got talked into trying CrossFit by my buddy Mike J. and since then I love it! I was very happy to know that another friend Jake is the owner of Rogue Valley CrossFit and that he his team of coaches are motivating along with all the other members.
