I started CrossFit in August 2010 in Southern California and for the next 3 years it was my life. I loved every second of it; all of the victories and all of the failures. It taught me grit, determination, hard work, patience, and that anything was possible if you put in the work. I was fortunate enough to compete in three CF SoCal Regionals (2011-2013) and then went on to complete SealFit's Kokoro camp in August 2013. I've since earned multiple certifications to be able to pass the knowledge that was/is so valuable to me onto others. I was also fortunate enough to work with one of the best weightlifting coaches in the world, Sean Waxman, for almost 3 years. I now coach at Coral Reef CrossFit in Juno Beach, FL and try to get as many workouts in as I can with a munchkin and baby on the way. I have yet to conquer GORUCK's Selection but someday I will. I've failed at it twice but I will never give up.
