I started CrossFit for my health. I had a 1100 triglyceride level and in four year with a routine of working out 4 days a week combined with the Palio diet diet change; I am now to normal ranges. My doctors were amazed. I was determined not to use any medication. Now I am excited to have a chance to compete for fun. GO! CrossFit!
