I’m a mom, wife and flight nurse. I’ve lost 75 lbs since my beginning. I’m a sarcoidosis survivor. CrossFit keeps me healthy, mentally and physically. And I’m ok that I’ll never be a RX athlete but I work hard on making myself better. My only competition is with myself. CrossFitter circa 2018
