I'm just trying to stay out of the old age home :D There are some movements that bother me these days, but I love the community. What kind of example would I be setting for the the CrossFit Resurrection Members where I teach about WODs being infinitely scalable if I didn't participate - like Pat Sherwood said: "The Goal is to just get fit. Make it the best hour of your day, stay safe, turn up the music, high five some people, and blow off some steam. So remember that. Relax, Have fun, Work Out. I try to live by those words and it's worked out pretty well so far :D
