To be in the/a GAME playing at life vs. just existing! I love the idea of the body being a well tuned machine that is always ready... moving better and stronger... now and at 80+ years old. I love the chance to compete where the game is inevitably to be better than I was yesterday. I forgot how great life is when you are part of sport... your mindset and outlook, your intention, relationships with others that are committed to the sport (way of life).... competition simply becomes a platform to be in the/a game instead of just doing life! Much better way to LIVE!!! I started May 1, 2017... LOVE IT! Thank you CrossFit!!! And Thank you Stephanie Nickitas and CrossFit Winter Park (FL) team! Also, love that my 15 yr old daughter, and soon my wife can all do together.
