I am a husband, a father, and a grandfather. . . I am all about family and all things that embrace, protect, nurture, celebrate and support family ideals. In addition to its more obvious health and 'functional fitness' attributes, Crossfit exemplifies, promotes and encourages the development and continued emphasis on team/community/family building within each box and globally. I Crossfit for all the reasons stated above and because I want to continue to be a vital, contributing, productive member of my family. . . especially in keeping up with my two granddaughters! Crossfit is my "Fountain-of-Youth". I compete for the shear joy and satisfaction of being a part of something extraordinarily special. . . sharing all the heart-felt emotions that comes with competition with my CrossFit family at CrossFit Marysville.
