I have been lifting weights for over 30 years since the age of 12. I have done many forms of training and competition including bodybuilding, running marathons, mountain bike racing and ironman triathlon and have now been doing CrossFit for 5 years. For me, it feel's like the most complete form of training as it encompasses pretty much everything I have been doing for 30 years, plus a whole lot more!
