I started with Crossfit in 2015, I've always practiced track & field athletics with good results in the youth division and master division winning several national championships in the long jump. I have been married since 1996, I have children aged 22 and 18, I am a criminal lawyer and I have my own law firm in Ferrara. Crossfit, as well as improving physical well-being helped me to understand that everything can be done in life, even what initially seems impossible is just to deal with the problems at a time, step by step improving constantly.
