Coming from a Corporate Banking background involving numbers study and financial / credit analysis, I have always been engaged into physical sports activities where I train on average about 28 days per month. I have started Crossfit last September 2017 after I regained my back strength due to a lower back disc injury and since then, I have become addicted to this kind of workout activity. It gave a big push into my fitness journey and I'm grateful for the same.
