I started Crossfit a couple of years ago to improve my Backpacking and Kayaking enjoyment. I like a variety of outdoor activities and wanted to be able to get out and have fun without pain and tiredness. I've been very happy with the results. I feel like I've finally gotten to where I'm starting to hold my own on the WODs, but I still have a long way to go.
