My name is Kelly Jones and I work as an RN @ Baylor Scott & White Hospital. I compete because CrossFit has pushed me to do things that I never thought I'd be able to do and when in actual competition most people will push themselves even harder and further than ever before; I consider myself one of those people, as well. CrossFit has changed me and my husband's life in such unbelievably amazing ways and continues to do so!
