I'm a mother of three young kids. I started Crossfit 9 months post-partum with #2 and 1 month pregnant with #3. I worked out throughout my entire 3rd pregnancy and got stronger and gained less weight than usual. This past year I've worked through and nursed a back injury from having kids and have gotten stronger and more flexible! I love lifting heavy and I do this for the community and health benefits. Still working towards seeing the muscle I've built!
