I have been doing Crossfit for over 2 years, before that I never worked out and had a really poor lifestyle. I've had many struggles in the process of becoming fit but I'm willing to take it as far as it takes to reach my goals and become an excellent athlete and coach, I want to learn from the best and apply it to my training everyday.
