I don't do Crossfit to be good at Crossfit. I do Crossfit to do my jobs better and to help me climb big hills and just stay healthy for my boy due in May 2013. I have 15 years to go until I retire from my firefighting career and hopefully 10 years left in my career as a Navy Reserve diver and about 10 more mountains I hope to summit. Crossfit forms the back bone of my training to maintain my " fit for duty" status. Combined with my task specific training, I hope to achieve all my goals.
