I was really out of shape and overweight. I tried to work out at the gym, even took classes, but all the typical workouts were boring and I would lose interest. A new box opened up on my way home and I starting seeing people doing very different workouts. I was intrigued. I started researching online and found all kinds of Cross Fit videos on You Tube so I joined a box with my wife and a year later signed up the kids and now I have been doing Cross Fit for several years. I still have a long way to go, but my overall health has improved dramatically.
