Cody Scoles is 31 years old. He was a D1 athlete who played water polo for the University of California Irvine. Cody is a firefighter/paramedic in Oregon and is their strength/conditioning coach and fitness programmer. Cody enjoys helping people achieve their goals and is a true believer that fitness and wellness is the key to doing so. Cody enjoys competing in any physical challenge and as a result, started to pursue CrossFit in 2015. He believes movement is a behavior pattern. Thus, time must be spent focusing on key movements to engrain good movement patterns inside and outside the gym. Technique will never be sacrificed to complete more repetitions or lift more weight. Cody's main goal is to increase work capacity and limit chronic injuries so people can enjoy their passions whether it be inside or outside the gym.
