My name is Andy Lyons and I recently moved to Abu Dhabi where I am an Academic Vice Principal and a CrossFit Coach at CrossFit One Peak. Prior to moving I lived in the U.S. in Clarksville, TN which is right outside of Nashville where I was born and raised. I was the Principal of an elementary school and a CrossFit coach at CrossFit SolaFide. I love CrossFit and the community that comes with it. My very best friends have been met on the box floor training. CrossFit has allowed me to be in the best shape of my life. It pushes me to levels I never thought I would reach. It allows me to release stress from a very stressful career. It allows me to have fun while training and pushing others. I thoroughly enjoy the friendly competition that comes with CrossFit. It makes me push harder and do more than I think that I can.
