As a former elite soccer player and rower i always had desire to compete. Bodybuilding showed me a way to improve my nutrition and my muscle composure but as a firefighter i found that crossfit was the best way to improve my overall physical strenght. I've been doing crossfit since 2011 and been teaching since the beginning of the year.
