Im a Dad first and foremost, My Daughter = My world. I strive to show my Daughter that anybody can achieve anything, when you put your heart, mind and soul to it. Watching my girls struggle through moments of anxiety as the conquer what this world throws at them inspires me to be the best I can be. My wife is my back bone , she allows me to be selfish as I attempt to push boundaries of CrossFit Iv been at this sport for 6 years on and off i was inspired by a man , that today i call a friend and my coach. I like to knock down barriers everyday life throws at me When i train , the world stops for me, I love to find new weaknessess everyday, and then come back the next day and conquer those weaknesses. I love the cross fit methadology , I love that fuzzy feeling you get when i conquer something new.
