Have been a physique competitor in the past and recently discovered CrossFit. I instantly fell in love with everything about it. I was so bored with regular physique training and cardio, so the CrossFit style was the perfect change of pace. Love the atmosphere and the competition aspect of the training. I now look forward to training everyday instead of doing it just for the sake of going like before. I only wish I would have started earlier. Been going for 3 months and am definitely not stopping anytime soon.
