Karen Sutton--after having 4 children and as an orthopedic surgeon myself--I find CrossFit to be a great way to lose weight after having my babies AND great way to keep my bones and muscles strong. I love the camaraderie and we have a great box with Ben Kelly and his coaching staff. I look forward to my 5:30 am classes. Mentally, it helps to keep me balanced as well. The coaches help with mindfulness, nutrition and sleep.
