My wife and I spend our spare time together, and I was looking for a new sport that we could enjoy together as well. I've always wanted to lift weights, but aside from high school sports, I never had the coaching aspect I need. I turned to crossfit to train me to lift properly so as not to injure myself, and to train my wife in the same ways. After 1 year, the progress my wife and I have made is notable, and I can’t wait to start throwing around some serious weight.
