I am a nursing student at the University of Central Oklahoma. I like to test my abilities as much as I can and CrossFit gives me that and much, much more. CrossFit is also my means of releasing my pent up stress that being in nursing school has given me. Without that, I do not think I would be able to get to where I am at now, which is my last and final semester. The Open will be the perfect vehicle for me to see where my skills and physical abilities stand with many others, and that is what excites me the most.
