Started Crossfit in September 2012. I was out of shape and have a history of back problems (spondylolisthesis and spinal stenosis). Since starting, I've seen amazing gains in strength and fitness, and my back pain -- which used to be constant and debilitating -- has greatly diminished. Crossfit works, in all the ways that matter.
