I am a Clinical Pharmacist, who works for Texas Children's Hospital. I have always love working out and trying to stay in somewhat shape but after I passed forty-two, working out has become somewhat a challenge for me. A co-worker ask me to try Cross Fit last April and I have not stop yet. Cross Fit has challenged me to do thing I would have never attempt on my own. This will be my first time participating in the Cross Fit Open, so wish me luck.
