My name is Casey Perry and I am a South African born, British raised Marine Biologist who currently resides in New Zealand but is soon moving to Canada....!! I have always wanted to try Crossfit and dabbled in it for a few months last year whilst still at University. But after a 6 month complete break from gym/lifting/routine exercise I am now back and rearing to go! I joined the Mount Crossfit just a couple of days after arriving in New Zealand. That was a month ago now and I haven't looked back! Wasn't going to compete as felt not fit or strong enough but the awesome team at the Mount have encouraged me and I thought why not!? It'll be a good bench mark starting point right! Super excited to be involved!
