Now, U.S. viewers can watch every heat of every event for the men and women, previously blocked to those without a cable subscription. And you can still find teams and masters coverage at YouTube.com/CrossFit.

That should get you through until tomorrow night when Dave Castro releases the first workout of the 2015 Games season. Registration is ongoing throughout the Open, but if you want to be a valid competitor, it's important you register and submit your score before 5 p.m. PT Monday, March 2.
