Tips for Open Workout 12.4

Open Workout 12.4 is a combination of two classic CrossFit workouts in between a set of 90 double-unders. Check out these tips before you hit the workout. 


Note: The wall ball video featured here has athletes using a "butt check." In Open Workout 12.4, athletes may not use a butt check to ensure depth. Also, the athlete is throwing the ball to a 9-foot target. The appropriate target for Individual Men in 12.4 is a 10-foot target.
