The following is a list of penalties and score adjustments issued for athletes and teams competing in the CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown, CrossFit German Throwdown, and Brazil CrossFit Championship Online Semifinals.

NOTE: All penalties assessed during a secondary review have been marked with an asterisk.
