CrossFit Inc., is returning to the Arnold Sports Festival March 2-4.
Schedule: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday
Friday – CrossFit Expo: No registration needed. Come meet CrossFit Games athletes Nick Urankar, Spencer Hendel, Rob Orlando, Kristan Clever, Kate Rawlings, Elisabeth Akinwale, Julie Foucher, and Christy Phillips. Participate as they conduct skill clinics and lead workouts throughout the day.
Saturday – Have your CrossFit Games Open Workout 2 judged and validated by some of the best CrossFit Games athletes. Email arnold@roguefitness.com to have your name entered in to the heat schedule that will be release prior to the event.
Saturday – 7-10 p.m., Reebok After Party (more information to come)
Sunday – CrossFit Kids “Gauntlet”: This one-day competition will go down at the Arnold Sports Festival and calls for qualified teen CrossFit athletes in novice, junior varsity, and varsity divisions to hit multiple workouts in a mental and physical test of pure CrossFit athleticism.
