Shortly after finishing the Sprint Chipper in the Soccer Stadium, the top 30 men and women overall moved into the Tennis Stadium to hear Dave Castro announce the final events for men and women.

To end the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games, individual athletes will compete in a two part final named, The Cinco. Each part is scored separately, and worth a full 100 points. The Cinco 1 is three rounds of 5 deadlifts, 5 left leg weighted pistols, and 5 right leg weighted pistols, followed by a handstand walk across the court. With a 7-minute time cap and 1-minute reset, the faster they finish, the more time they have to rest.

The Cinco 2 consists of three rounds of 5 muscle-ups and 5 deficit handstand push-ups on ballistic blocks. This couplet is followed by a walking lunge across the court just like Regionals. It's the same axle bar loaded to the same weight. But this is the Games, so the barbell has to be held overhead as they proceed 90 feet.

With the final heat of women and men shown on ESPN2, The Cinco will be an event to remember.
