For the first time this season, the fittest individuals and teams in the world will gather under one roof per region to showcase their fitness and fight for their chance to compete at the 2024 CrossFit Games.
And you get to watch the action live!
CrossFit has partnered with seven event organizers to host the 2024 CrossFit Games Semifinals around the globe from May 17 to June 2. Every live Semifinal will welcome spectators to help cheer on the athletes, and if you can’t make it in person, there will be options to watch the action live on the CrossFit Games website, the CrossFit Games app, Facebook, Twitch, and YouTube.
You can also preview and follow the best storylines, as well as see highlights and recaps, throughout the 2024 Semifinals on Games.CrossFit.com and through CrossFit Games’ social media.

SEMIFINALS COVERAGE INFORMATION
Friday Kickoff Show
As you’re wrapping up your work day and warming up for the main event each weekend, tune in to the Friday Kickoff Show for the Europe Semifinal by French Throwdown (Week 1), the North America West Semifinal by West Coast Classic (Week 2), and the North America East Semifinal by Syndicate Crown (Week 3).
This year’s Kickoff Show will offer a similar experience to the CrossFit Games Podcast that was launched during Semifinals in 2023 — but bigger and better! Think more coverage with greater access to athletes, coaches, content creators, and other guests who can offer key insights on the competition. Chase Ingraham will return to provide highlights and recaps of the action from Friday’s events during the first week of Semifinals, and Adrian Conway will host Weeks 2 and 3.
Note: The livestream for Europe, North America West, and North America East will begin on Saturday. You can catch up on the Day 1 action during the Friday Kickoff Show and the CrossFit Games social media channels. A livestream for Friday’s events will be available in Asia, Oceania, Africa, and South America via each event organizer’s YouTube channels.
Weekend Coverage
Get ready for an exciting weekend! A full slate of coverage across a number of platforms, including the CrossFit Games website, the CrossFit Games app, Facebook, Twitch, and YouTube will be available for every heat of each event on Saturdays and Sundays during each week of Semifinals.

The Europe Semifinal by French Throwdown, North America West Semifinal by West Coast Classic, and North America East Semifinal by Syndicate Crown will also be presented on ESPN+.
