Open Workout 12.4 separates two classic CrossFit workouts with 90 double-unders, and has you to do it as many times as possible in 12 minutes.

The 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.4 has been announced.

Last week, more than 56,000 athletes submitted a score for Workout 12.3. They did a total of 5.3 million box jumps for a combined height of just under 1,900 miles (that's 50 times the height of the stratosphere). Plus, with each athlete working for 18 minutes, that combines to over 1 million minutes or just under two years of high intensity, functional movements performed over four days.

This week, Open Workout 12.4 separates two classic CrossFit workouts with 90 double-unders, and has you to do it as many times as possible in 12 minutes. Did anyone really think Karen and 30 Muscle-ups for Time were sufficient workouts by themselves?

We’re one step closer to finding the Fittest on Earth. You must submit your score by 5 p.m., PT on Sunday. No exceptions will be made. Remember that Pacific time is now on Daylight Savings, which means it's GMT-7.

All affiliates must validate their athletes’ scores by 5 p.m., PT on Tuesday. If you do not validate the scores before then, your athletes’ scores will not count.
