The final day of competition at the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games added many exhilarating new chapters to the annals of CrossFit Games history.

The final day of competition at the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games added many exhilarating new chapters to the annals of CrossFit Games history. From Tia-Clair Toomey’s record-breaking winning streak to the crowning of a new Fittest Man on Earth, it was a day to remember.  

Here are some of the athletes’ thoughts on the final few events.

Event 13

4 rounds of:
20 GHD sit-ups
8 cheese curd burpees over the hay bale, 70 | 100 lb.
168-ft. yoke carry, 425 | 605 lb. 
1-min. reset

Time caps by round: 2 | 2 | 2 | 3 min.

Post-Games Reflection

Every athlete left the Games with a valuable prize: knowledge. 

They found out where they excel, and they now know what needs to improve for next year. It’s the athletes who go home and turn their weaknesses into strengths who will end up standing atop the podium.

That is the real test.
