Event 1
3 Rounds for time of:
10 Overhead squats (135l bs. / 95 lbs.)
50 Double-unders
Event 2
Apollon’s Axle Deadlift for reps in 90 seconds.
Athletes will be able to pick from three weights:
Men: 263, 303, or 353 lbs.
Women: 173, 213, and 263 lbs.
Event 3
For time:
5 mile run.
The first mile is a hill and the athletes will do two laps.
Event 4

3 Rope climbs (20' / 15')
30 Kettlebell swings (1.5 pood / 1 pood)
