Run 400m
Event 2
1-rep max overhead squat
Athletes have 7 minutes to find their 1-repetition maximum (1RM) overhead squat
Event 3
5 Rounds for time:
250m row
5 squat cleans (75 kg. / 45 kg.)
5 handstand push-ups
Event 4
For time:
50 Pull-ups
50 Wall balls (20 lbs. to 10 ft. target / 15 lbs. to 8 ft. target)
50 Kettlebell swings (24 kg. / 16 kg.)
50 Shoulder to overhead anyhow (40 kg. / 30 kg.)
50 Double-unders
100m Tire flip
50 Tire jumps (both feet in and out as done with a box jump)
100m walking lunge with load overhead (20 kg. / 15 kg.)
