All Divisions Will Be Tested With a Cross-Country 5K at the 2023 Games

Individual, team, age-group, and adaptive athletes competing at the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games will run a Cross-Country 5K. Lower-extremity athletes will complete a 5K SkiErg.
