Helen to Be Tested at the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games

All individual, age-group, and adaptive athletes will do a version of the benchmark workout Helen at the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games.

Top athletes from around the world will compete for the title of Fittest on Earth, starting August 1-6 in Madison, Wisconsin.
