CrossFit Mayhem Freedom Adds Chyna Cho

CrossFit Mayhem Freedom adds Chyna Cho to its roster for the Asia CrossFit Championship.

Mayhem Freedom is a three-time CrossFit Games championship team vying for an invitation to the 2019 Games to defend its title.

“After Wodapalooza we realized that the changes to the team format meant we had to adapt if we wanted to stay competitive,” said Rich Froning, four-time Fittest Man on Earth and captain of Mayhem Freedom.
