Our box is unique in that we not only have our CrossFit gym, but we also offer a 4 lane lap pool, sauna, martial arts (Taekwondo & Jiu-Jitsu), a studio for yoga and dance, Fitness on Demand, a ninja course, childcare and much more. We also offer 24/7 access.
