CrossFit Heat was established in 2009 and has been operating in our current location since 2011! We're in the heart of downtown Dallas near City Hall and next to the Dallas Farmers Market. Our programming is focused on improving all aspects of your fitness including strength, endurance, stamina, agility, balance, speed, power, flexibility, coordination and accuracy. Our members are normal everyday people from every walk of live that just enjoy working out together and getting fit.
