Verdant CrossFit East is located in Southeast Boise. Verdant East is part of the Verdant CrossFit family and is the third gym that Verdant CrossFit opened. We are a community in the truest sense of the word. We support each other during workouts, we wait to put equipment away, we do a lot of community events, and we HAVE FUN.
