We are the original CrossFit Gym in Coweta County. Justin Key, the head coach has been doing CrossFit since January 9th 2009 when he got hooked after just one workout. A year later he received his L1 and in September of 2010 he and Eddie opened CrossFit Coweta. We strive to offer the best coaching and programming available by utilizing 10's of thousands of hours on the coaching floor, continued education, and a level of care for our clients that is unmatched.
