Formed in lockdown, CrossFit DireWolf opened officially in December 2020 with the goal of bringing a better understanding of health and fitness to Colchester, Essex. With the motto "We do what is effective, not what is popular" we stick to the core values and principles that Coach Glassman provided. We're proud to work with HQ to deliver seminars such as; CrossFit L1, CrossFit L2, CrossFit Gymnastics and BirdBox.
