CrossFit HCP became the first CrossFit gym in Dade City, Florida, and is part of The Block; a historic building that housed automobile dealerships beginning in the 1920s. CrossFit HCP was founded upon three pillars; Honesty, Commitment, and Perseverance. We strive to offer the community the highest level of training and the ability to fight against chronic disease while offering a welcoming and comfortable environment in the most positive, health-performance-focused atmosphere.
