Welcome to CrossFit HWPO, the home of hard work. We are a small, community focused affiliate and the only one within a 60km radius of our location, with approximately 70 members. We have 4 CrossFit trained coaches who are passionate about your journey to health and fitness and we love meeting new people who are keen to share our love of CrossFit. We welcome drop ins and know you'll have a great workout in our box.
