CrossFit King of Prussia is one of the original Pennsylvania affiliates, we have been in business since 2008. Aimee Lyons, head coach/owner CF-L4 also works for CFHQ as a flowmaster on the Level 1, Level 2 and CrossFit Kids seminar staff and holds a role as a Global Mentor. CrossFit KOP has held a great reputation throughout the years and has spun off many local gyms and amazing trainers. Our affiliate and community is home for CrossFitters from 3 to 80 + years old!
