Update Show host Sean Woodland interviews Helen Harding, one of the few Masters athletes who will be competing in both the Master Online Qualifier and regionals.

 

Harding describes her feelings going into the Pacific Regional, where she will likely be the oldest athlete in the Individual competition. 

 

"It's good to give the younger generation a bit of a run," she says.
